Hyderabad: Pune-based Raabta Foundation’s new project entitled Udaan Express reached Hyderabad after covering a distance of 17000 kms and passing through 17 states. It was welcomed at Siasat office.
Its founder Syed Saeed Ahmed embarked on the countrywide mission on Oct 28 last year, championing the cause of self-confidence, self-learning, economic empowerment, cherishing the noble ideals of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (May Peace Be Upon Him). The project covered 143 cities, big and small and passed through Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Bihar, UP, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka states.
Raabta Foundation’s ambitious Udaan Express Project (Education on Wheels Class Room) is a state-of-the-art Mobile Life-Skills Training Classroom (MLSTC) aimed at empowering citizens especially educationally, socially and economically backward Muslims and also people from different communities to chart a brighter future for themselves through integrated cum holistic development of the personalities and character. The Mobile Classroom is fitted with a Projector and LCD screen, has comfortable seating arrangements for 30 to 35 students along with state of the art mike and sound system.
Udaan Express will take a halt in Hyderabad till October 23. It will visit 31 districts of Telangana.
