New Delhi: Online cab-hailing firm Uber on Monday announced the winners of ‘UberPITCH 2016’, an India-wide competition to find the brightest startups.

The winning companies are e-commerce startup SeekSherpa, agriculture firm LeanAgri and health startup Ambee.

Uber will invest $50,000 in the companies and invite them to San Francisco where they will get guidance from top executives and other venture capitalists.

“Our leaders at headquarters in San Francisco can not wait to meet them and help them on the next stage of their journey,” said Amit Jain, President, Uber India, in a statement.

SeekSherpa is a digital platform for locals to market and sell unique experiences to travellers.

LeanAgri aims to provide end-to-end solutions to farmers to increase their farm productivity.

Ambee is a network of hospital and private ambulances on a single technology platform, enabling users to find the nearest ambulance to go to a destination of their choice.
