UAE: High waves likely to hit shores, NCM forecasts heavy winds

Dubai: Waves up to 10 feet high likely to hit the shores of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Weather Department also issued an alert.

As per the weather bulletin issued by National Center of Meteorology (NCM), the speed of the wind and the height of the waves are predicted as 55 kmph and 6-10 feet respectively.

According to the report published in Khaleej Times, this weather situation is likely to continue from 2 p.m. on Tuesday to 2 p.m. on Wednesday (UAE’s local time).
