Bamako: Two suspects, who were arrested for the attack on a hotel in Mali’s capital Bamako, have been identified, a statement from the country’s intelligence agency said on Friday.
They have been named as Seidou Diepkile and Adama Maiga and were caught in a Bamako suburb last Friday, Xinhua quoted the statement as saying, without providing any other details.
“Questioning of the two will shed more light on the motives of the attack that left 29 people dead,” it said.
Gunmen last Friday attacked Radisson hotel in Bamako. Islamist group al-Murabitoun claimed responsibility but the authorities have not established that.
