Two survey numbers of Miyapur lands deleted: TTDP

Alleging that bigwigs in the State government prepared a sketch to grab the government lands systematically, the Telangana TDP said the government scrapped the Land Encroachment Act and deleted two survey numbers from records of Miyapur lands.

 

Speaking to the media at NTR Trust Bhavan here on Friday, TTDP working president A Revanth Reddy alleged that the Chief Minister made a statement that helped culprits to get bail in Supreme Court in relation to Miyapur land scam. He demanded that the Chief Minister stand test in relation to Miyapur land scam. He asked the State government to tell as to why it was maintaining secret in regard to 123 acre land located in two survey numbers. He asked the state government, which allegedly filing cases against the tribal for doing podu agriculture, to tell as to why it was failed to file cases against TRS secretary general K Kesava Rao, who admitted that he purchased land in Miyapur.

He also alleged that the TRS leaders’ names were coming out wherever land scams coming to light like Miyapur, Ibrahimpatnam, Ghansiguda. He demanded the state government to revive the Land Encroachment Prohibition Act and punish the land encroachers as per law. He also demanded the state government to make the names registered in Survey numbers 44 and 45 where 123 acre land was there.
