Hyderabad, September 22: Two engineering students were killed on the spot when the bike they were riding skidded and hit an electric pole on the Gandipet – CBIT road on Wednesday morning.
The deceased were later identified as J Abhay, 19, a native of Kurnool and Abraham, 19, native of Nalgonda. Both of them were the second year students of Civil Engineering in the CBIT. On Wednesday morning they came to Gandipet for some work and met with the accident while returning to the college.
Narsingi police have shifted the bodies to the Osmania General Hospital for autopsy.
