Two persons were killed in separate incidents by unknown men in Simdega district, police said today.
34-year-old fair shop owner Binod Kumar was dragged out of his house by the assailants and was shot dead at Dumki
village last night, Superintendent of Police Prabhat Kumar said here.
In the other incident occurred at Tilsera village around the same time, 38-year-old Gobardhan Singh was killed
by unidentified gunmen, he said.
The killers traced Singh hiding in a cow shed near his house.
The police suspect activists of Pahari Cheetah, a criminal outfit formed by some ultras, who had left different
extremist outfits, behind the murders.
