Hyderabad: Victim of the fraud Mohammed Iqbal told that he had purchased more than 2000 acres of land located at Banjara Hills, Road No 12. in the month of November last year. He also got it registered in the office of Sub Registrar located at Erragadda.
However the same land has been registered in the name of another person, who claims to purchase it. Mohammed Iqbal alleged that two registrations have been done on the same land which was done by the Sub Registrar in connivance with some people.
When Mohammed Iqbal asked the Sub Registrar, latter told that he was helpless because of political pressure. Mohammed Iqbal alleged that TRS leader belonging to Musheerabad area is pressurising him. TRS leader also mounted pressure on the Sub Registrar by using influence.
Mohammed Iqbal has decided to take the matter to police and higher government officers for justice and vowed to take legal action against the leaders and officials involved in fraudulent activities.
