Two policemen who went to a brothel being operated at an apartment building in Rahmathnagar in Jubilee Hills were stabbed allegedly by a person on Sunday. The condition of the injured is stated to be out of danger.
The policemen Anjaneyulu, who works as Personal Security Officer (PSO) of Additional DCP (west) K R Nagaraju and a head constable Konda Reddy working at the Jubilee Hills police station went to the brothel reportedly to conduct a ‘raid’ in civilian clothes.
It is not clear as to what happened but the two were reportedly knifed by a man Sudhakar with a kitchen knife, it is learnt. While Anjaneyulu was stabbed once the head constable was attacked. (INN)
