The newly elected Congress MLA from Narsapuram Assembly Constituency Kothapalli Subbarayadu and TRS MLA from Parkal Assembly constituency M Bhikshapathi on Monday took oath of office at Speaker Nadendla Manohar’s chambers.
Talking to media persons at Assembly premises, Kothapalli Subbarayadu thanked the people of his constituency for choosing his candidature. He promised that he would work hard to solve the problems being faced by people in the constituency.
Ministers Pithani satyanarayana, Vatti Vasanth Kumar, C Ramachandraiah, Dharmana Prasad Rao and Ganta Srinivas attended the programme.
Meanwhile, TRS MLA M Bhikshapathi thanked the voters for teaching a fitting lesson to Seemandhra ‘capitalists’ in the by-elections. TRS Legislative Assembly Floor Leader Etela Rajender, deputy floor Leader T Harish Rao, MLA K Taraka Rama Rao and other MLAs were present during the oath taking ceremony. (INN)
