Balrampur (UP): Two persons have been arrested for allegedly raping two minor girls in separate incidents here, police said today.
In the first incident, a 13-year-old Dalit girl was returning home when the son of a village watchman dragged her to a secluded spot and raped her in Ranijot village under Dehat police station area yesterday, SP Abhishek Singh said.
In the other case, a 15-year-old girl, who had gone outside to attend natures call was raped by a youth of her village in Nathaipur under Sahdullanagar police station area last night, he said.
Both the victims have been sent for medical examination and the culprits arrested, the officer added.
