Two organizers of New Life Marriage Bureau, Chikkadapally here were arrested for cheating innocent people on pretext of providing marriage alliance with fictitious profiles by publishing advertisements in Newspapers.
Acting on a complaint lodged on January 24 by one Mamidisetty Sunil, a Businessman of Vanasthalipuram that he was cheated by the New Life Marriage Bureau, Chikkadapally, the sleuths of Cyber Crimes apprehended the accused Sabbarapu Vasavi and Vaddemanu Laxmi Devi alias Sandhya Laxmi, who had allegedly cheated many innocent people on the pretext of providing marriage alliance with fake and fictitious profiles by publishing advertisements in Newspapers.
The police seized five Cell phones, six fake profiles and Newspaper advertisement details books, Certificate of Registration with Labour Department, two payment Receipt Books from the possession of the accused. (NSS)
