Phagwara, January 20: Two people were killed in separate accidents caused due to poor visibilty following fog, police sources today said.
A scooterist, Des Raj, died on the spot when his scooter collided with a motorcycle near Chiherru on NH-I last night. The vitim was working as a driver in the state Water Supply Department.
In a separate incident, Parminder Singh of nearby Uchapind village was killed when his motorcycle was hit by another vehicle in the dense fog on Phagwara-Nakodar road last night.
