A 60-year-old man succumbed to the injuries which he sustained falling down from a running motorcycle.
According to Chaitanyapuri police, the victim, P. Venkat Reddy, of Chityal (Nalgonda), was going on a bike along with his relative Bhaskar Reddy on Wednesday morning. He was the pillion rider. When they reached Green Hills Colony, Venkat Reddy accidentally fell down from the bike and sustained a grievous head injury. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital where he died a few hours after admission.
In another case, Syeda Nasreen, 55, of Nandipet, was killed on the spot after she was hit by a bike and then a car while crossing the road in Hayathnagar on Wednesday night, according to Hayathnagar police. (INN)
