A 48-year-old man died on the spot when the motorcycle he was riding was hit and run by an unidentified vehicle in Miyapur police limits.
The accident occurred near Miyapur crossroads on Sunday morning. The deceased was later identified as D Padma Chary, a lorry mechanic and resident of Ramathapur. The Miyapur police have registered a case and began investigations.
In another case, 39-year-old Omer Bin Abdullah died on the spot after down from the motorcycle he was riding when it skidded near Moti Nagar on Saturday night. He was an employee of a private firm and resident of Sriram Nagar near Borabanda, according to SR Nagar police. (INN)
