Srinagar, September 02: Two people were killed and 13 others wounded in overnight road accidents in the Kashmir Valley, official sources said here today.
They said a tractor laden with stones, turned turtle at Sangrama chowk in Baramulla district of north Kashmir, resulting in serious injuries to driver Ghulam Nabi Changa.
The injured was admitted to District hospital at Baramulla where he died.
Seven people, including a driver, were injured when a vehicle in which they were travelling, skidded off the road and fell into a nallah near Wangwas in the central Kashmir district of Badgam.
One of the injured, Suhail, died on the way to hospital, while others were admitted to different hospitals.
They said seven more people were injured when a vehicle in which they were travelling met with an accident at Mouriyan Gali in the frontier district of Kupwara. The injured, four of them seriously were admitted to different hospitals, they said.
