An employee of a jewellery shop in Kamal Cinema square today allegedly stole two kg of gold worth Rs 70,00,000, alongwith Rs 35,000 cash, police said.
According to the complaint filed by Naresh Nanichand Kothai, the owner, the employee Dattatraya Bangare, 36,
allegedly fled on motorbike with an unidentified youth after picking up the gold and the cash kept in two carrybags.
