Hyderabad, October 28: Six rounds of .32 ammunition discovered during screening test in a bag which were seized by the CISF authorities and passed on to RGI police.
According to Shamshabad RGI police six rounds of .32 ammunition were discovered 10 months ago by a boy working in house keeping which he handed over to Shanmukha Rao housekeeping operation manager and N Anthik executive operator. They both shared three three rounds each. N Anthik kept two rounds in the house and one he was using as locket and Shanmukha Rao had kept the three rounds in his house in a bag.
On October 23 when Shanmukha Rao asked a boy to bring tiffin from home, the boy went home and brought a bag. When he was entering the airport it was found on screening test that the bag contained .32 ammunition on which the CISF authorities held him and handed over to RGI police. During interrogations he told that it was Shanmukha Rao’s bag and he didn’t know anything about it.
When police arrested Shanmukha Rao and quizzed him he told that the incident was 10 months old and after sharing the ammunition between themselves they had forgotten it. RGI police arrested both for keeping ammunition under arms act and sent them to remand.
