Saharanpur: In view of the secret service department’s report and the threat which went viral, police were deployed around the Jama Masjid Kalan, Saharanpur.
It must be noted that the conflict between the two groups (Shura and centre) which began from Tableeghi Markaz Nizamuddin has reached Saharanpur, passing through various places.
Recently a group had threatened that Maulana Saad group will not be allowed to conduct congregation held every week on Thursday at Jama Masjid Kalan Saharanpur. Masjid administration sprang into action after the threat went viral. Issuing a press note it stated that the tableeghi ijtema is conducted every Thursday for years. If any person comes and creates disturbances it will be reported to the police and action will be taken against the perpetrator.
Conflicts erupted in the Tableeghi Jamat Since the Jamat has split into two groups.
