Sharjah, September 25: The Sharjah Police is investigating the death of two Bahraini men whose bodies were found in the back seat of a car parked behind City Center in Industrial Area 1 on Thursday.
A top officer at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) confirmed the incident.
“We collected evidence, bodies have been shifted to the forensic laboratory, and we have launched an intensified investigation to solve the mystery behind their death,” the officer said.
There were no signs of violence or injuries on the bodies,” the officer pointed out.
The bodies were found in a white Nissan Altima car with Bahraini registration parked in the area behind City Center with its engine running.
The police arrived on the scene after getting a call from one of the local residents in the morning.
The officer said during search, CID officers found the passports of the deceased, proving that the deceased were aged 24 and 26 and that they entered the UAE on Wednesday.
The Sharjah Prosecutor sent the bodies to the police’s forensic laboratory for autopsy.
