In separate cases, two drivers committed suicide due to different reasons.
In Chilkalguda police limits, 34-year-old Md Mateen, an auto-driver, committed suicide by consuming phenyl. He took the extreme step at his residence on November 20 and died at the Gandhi Hospital today morning. He got separated with his wife and children a few months ago and was living alone. The same reason is suspected to have driven him to suicide.
In another case, 36-year-old Syed Khaja Pasha, a car driver, committed suicide by jumping into the Hyderguda lake. According to Rajendranagar police, Pasha left his home in Tappa Chabutra on Saturday morning and later his body was found floating in Hyderguda lake. He was allegedly suffering from ill-health and therefore, was unable to attend duty in a private travels. (INN)
