Two children were electrocuted when they came in contact with a live wire at Kodavalipudi in Kotapuratla mandal in Visakhapatnam district here on Sunday morning.
The victims have been identified as Sai (10) and Divya (6).
According to police, the children came in contact with a snapped live wire accidentally while plucking flowers. They were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where both were declared brought dead.
According to reports, the electric wires got snapped due to heavy rains in the district. (INN)
