Two Bedroom Houses To Poor In Five Years: KTR

IT and Panchayat Raj Minister KT Rama Rao said they will provide two bedroom houses to all the poor in Hyderabad in five years.
Laying foundation stone for two bedroom houses at Hamali Basthi in Padmarao Nagar here on Friday, KTR said the TRS government will construct better houses with all facilities for the poor. The Government was committed to the welfare of the poor and deprived classes, he reiterated. KTR said 10,000 houses will be constructed this year, 20,000 next year and another 50,000 houses in third year. The TRS government will not go back on providing the housing facility to the poor, he asserted. The houses will be constructed like those built in IDH Colony, he said. Hyderabad will become a global city with good housing, better living conditions and facilities, peace and law and order. (NSS)
