Two policemen from Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh were among six persons booked today on charges of cheating and extortion, police said. Bhadrachalam Town Sub-Inspector K Jitender and his gunman Hari allegedly facilitated prime accused Rauf and his gang members for running the counterfeit currency notes racket, they said. Jitender and Hari, along with Rauf and others, were booked for cheating and extortion, police said, adding further investigations were on. PTI
