Twitter’s this ‘feature’ likely to stay longer

New Delhi: Micro-blogging site Twitter has confirmed the company plans to let the ‘like’ button stay a little longer though it is considering to get rid of it.

Previously, Founder and CEO Jack Dorsey had expressed that he did not like Twitter’s ‘Like’ button and would get rid of it “soon” Telegraph report said.
Responding to Telegraph’s story, the company clarified that was not happening any time soon though it is considering it.

“As we’ve been saying for a while, we are rethinking everything about the service to ensure we are incentivizing healthy conversation, that includes the like button. We are in the early stages of the work and have no plans to share right now,” tweeted @TwitterComms, sharing the telegraph story link.
