Hyderabad: Hyderabad Twitterati’s helped police in tracing the owner of a lost Pomeranian puppy on Wednesday.
A kind auto driver found the puppy roaming on road, who took it and handed over to Karkhana Police Station, reported Telangana Today.
The humane policemen fed the puupy and even gave him a bath. They tweeted a picture of the dog from their official Twitter handle, @shokarkhana. Several people circulated the post on Facebook as well as on WhatsApp.
Station House Officer B. Janaiah said the puppy was frightened initially, but slowly started accepting biscuits and other eatables from them while waiting for his owner.

The owner of the cute dog came to know about it late Thursday and reached the police station to recieve it.
“The puppy immediately recognized him and so we did not have much problems in making sure that he was the real owner,” Sub Inspector A. Srinivas said.
