Illinois, January 6: You would look at the twins as if they were mad if they say they have different birthdays, but it’s true for new twins from Illinois. Not only do they have different birthdays, but were born in different years. Twins from Rockford, Illinois, had to be delivered via C-Section, so the doctor told their parents they had the unique opportunity to give their twins different birthdays.
“He said if we wanted to deliver one this year, and one next year we could if everything was all good,” says the twins’ father Brandon Lewis.
Madison Carin Lewis was born with one minute left in 2010, while her brother, Aiden Everette Lewis, was delivered at midnight on the first day of 2011. Now, both can enjoy their birthday celebrations on their own day.
