Istanbul: MPs belonging to the Republican People’s Party of Turkey sang an anti-rape song written in the Turkish language in Parliament.
They sang this song as a part of the protest against atrocities on women.
The MPs had the photos of the victim who were allegedly killed in domestic violence. The leader of the Republican People’s Party, Seera Kadigal told that the objective of singing the song is to highlight the atrocities meted out to women in the country.
