A total of 11 candidates filed nomination papers on Friday for the by-election for 113-Palairi Assembly constituency in Khammam district.
They include Tummala Nageswara Rao of TRS, Sucharitha Ramreddy of Congress and Battula Lenin of CPI (M). Eight other candidates, including 7 independents filed their nominations for the Palair by-elections where polling will be held on May 16. (INN)
