Telangana TDP leader and politburo member Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy today demanded that the State government announce ex-gratia to those who died in the lightning incident recently.
The TTDP leader said the victims are poor people and the government should extend financial support to families of the victims and provide free treatment to the injured, he said, adding that the government should use latest technology for creating awareness among the people about the possible lightning with forecast of heavy rains in advance, Ravula said.
