TTDP resents arrest of Manda Krishna Madiga

Telangana TDP today condemned the arrest of MRPS president Manda Krishna Madiga and demanded his immediate release from jail.

Speaking to mediapersons here on Tuesday, TTDP politburo member Motukpally Narsimhulu said it was unfortunate that MRPS leader Manda Krishna Madiga was arrested when he came to attend a condolence meeting of MRPS activist Bharati, who died during a protest program against police “highhandedness”. He also alleged that the TRS government was ignoring Madigas, who had played a key role in the Telangana agitation.

Expressing displeasure over not mentioning the name of late N T Rama Rao in the World Telugu Conference, Motukpally said it was very sad to note that the TRS government and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao failed to mention the name of NTR, who made Telugu people famous at international level. He also pointed out that KCR took blessings of his teacher (guru), but forgot to mention even the name of his political mentor (guru) late NTR. (NSS)
