TSPSC gets HC’s nod to fill up 546 vacancies

Hyderabad: TSPSC received permission from High Court of Hyderabad to fill up 546 vacancies.

According to the report published in New Indian Express, High Court has given permission to Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) to start recruitment process to fill up 546 vacancies of lecturer post in various residential degree colleges.

The judgment was given by Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili. During the hearing, petitioner Ch. Sujatha alleged that the Commission was not implementing the GO issued on 11th March 2015 which provides 29% reservation to OBCs.

On the other hand, TSPSC urged to remove stay order on the recruitment which was imposed earlier due to discrepancies in the notification.

Giving clarification on reservation, Mr. D. Balakishan Rao, TSPSC Counsel said that the reservations were provided as per roster procedure.

At the end of the hearing, the judged gave the nod to TSPSC recruitment process. However, the appointment will be subjected to the final judgment of the case.
