Teacher’s day is celebrated on the eve of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, to remember and honour teachers, who have tirelessly and selflessly put their best endeavour to carve the future of students.
On the occasion, Tippu Shaheed Institute of Technology-Polytechnic (TSIT), Hubli, felicitated Mr. Venkatappa Kaladagi, a retired high school teacher and an Urdu poet, who wrote with a pen name ‘Kamil’.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Kaladagi said that one should always strive hard to work and contribute to the growth of the nation. A great satisfaction comes when a teacher happily mention that all his/her students are well settled in their life and a great teacher wants nothing more than that.
Mr. M.S. Mulla, principal of TSIT expressed that, India’s renowned teacher [Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan] is an inspiration to all the present day teachers. They all should incorporate the qualities of the great Indian teacher in their life to be successful, he said.Courtesy:Karnataka Muslims
