Hyderabad, December 15: Telangana Secular Front staged a day long hunger strike and dharna programme at Indira Park on December from 10:30 am which lasted till evening.
Members and representatives of various political and social organizations of Andhra Pradesh attended the programme.
All the speakers vowed to continue their struggle for the implementation of Prime minister’s 15 point programme for Minority welfare and prosperity.
They also urged the state government to restart the minority welfare schemes and to issue budget for the same.
The leaders urged the state government to act upon Ranganath Mishra Commission Report following the example of West Bengal where 10 percent reservations had been provided for Muslims.
