Telangana Employees Associations today urged the government to give them health cards. Led by TRS legislator Srinivas Goud the leaders of the assocaiton on Friday called on Chief Secretary Dr Rajiv Sharma and urged him to issue health cards without any further delay. Later talking to media persons here Goud said that they demanded the government to issue health cards at the earliest and help the staff overcome problems related to health. He also urged the corporate hospitals to cooperate with the government in this regard. The chief secretary assured us of taking immediate steps and we are hopeful of getting the health cards, he maintained.
It may be noted that the government has offered the details of expenditure for various diseases under empanelled list of hospitals for coming up with changes. On submission of the report the government is likely to take a final call. The decision taken by the government in this regard will be implemented for the scribes of Telangana also, according to reliable information. (NSS)
