Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has announced that the State Government would release a White Paper on the energy situation in Telangana State.
Intervening during the debate on energy crisis in the State Legislative Assembly here on Monday, KCR also assured that he would lead an all-party delegation to New Delhi to make a representation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue. Admitting that the State was facing severe energy crisis, he said power is being purchased from Chattisgarh due to non-availability of North, Southern Central Grids.
The Chief Minister sought the cooperation of all opposition parties in resolving the crisis. He said everyone should rise above politics to ensure development of Telangana State. (INN)
