The Telangana Government on Thursday sanctioned 50 Tribal Welfare Residential Schools across the State.
“The Government of Telangana is keenly interested in the social, educational and economic development and welfare of the Tribals in the State and felt that there is a need for opening number of new Tribal Residential Schools in different parts of the State for the educational upliftment of the Tribal community,” Tribal Welfare Department Principal Secretary Somesh Kumar said in the GO issued today.
Therefore, the State Government sanctioned 50 new Tribal Welfare Residential Schools which include 34 schools for girls. (INN)
