The Telangana Government has permitted all the government employees, belonging to Muslim religion, including teachers and out-sourcing employees to leave their offices/schools at 4 PM on all working days during the holy month of Ramzan.
Chief Secretary Dr Rajiv Sharma issued a circular memo on Wednesday in this regard and said all Muslim employees would be permitted to leave offices at 4 PM from June 18 to July 17 (both days inclusive) to perform necessary rituals, except when their presence is required due to exigencies of services during the said period.
