The Telangana Government on Monday prohibited strikes in Emergency Response Services (108 services) run by GVK EMRI for a period of six months.
Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department Principal Secretary Suresh Chanda has issued two combined notifications while declaring the 108 services as “Essential Services” and prohibiting strike for a period of six months with immediate effect as per the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971.
