The Principal Secretaries of Minorities Welfare Departments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Syed Omer Jaleel and Shaik Mohammed Iqbal, respectively, conducted a joint inspection of arrangements for Haj 2015 at Haj House in Nampally here on Friday.
They reviewed the process of distribution, filling up and submission of Haj application forms. They also interacted with the applicants and officials by visiting all the counters. State Haj Committee Special Officer Prof S.A.Shukoor was also present on the occasion. Later, Prof Shukoor informed that the Haj applicants are required to fill the details related to their health condition. Therefore, he advised the applicants to undergo basic medical tests being conducted on voluntary basis by a medical team from Princess Esra Hospital. (INN)
