Hamburg : In an interesting revelation, United States President Donald Trump reportedly had trouble finding a hotel room in Hamburg, Germany for his stay during the G20 summit this week.
Trump, who who owns a boatload of hotels in the U.S. was left without accommodation for the G20 Summit, as his team apparently forgot to book a room for his stay.
According to local media reports, Trump’s team was informed that almost every major hotel in the city was fully booked and there were no vacancies.
However, Trump reportedly stayed at Hamburg’s Senate guesthouse, while his team and staff were hosted by the the U.S. Consulate General in the city.
In a same type of incident earlier, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson also had had trouble finding hotels in Germany after which he had to stay several miles away at a sanitarium outside of Bonn from other leaders at the February G20 ministers’ meeting. (ANI)
