Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari today said the ruling TRS party will retain power by winning all the seats with thumping majority as the Opposition parties have no face to seek votes in next elections.
Srihari launched a market yard for animals in Sanga Reddy district headquarters here today. Speaking on the occasion, he alleged that the Opposition was frequently disrupting the irrigation projects and development programs. Farmers and people are aware of this pathetic situation and they do not believe the Opposition for trying to stalling works. He said the farmers will get a major reprieve by getting Rs 4,000 financial assistance towards crop investment. A total of Rs 8000 per acre for one year will be given to relieve the farmers of debt burden by depositing the amount in their bank accounts from next May on wards.
“Keeping this plan in view, the farmers should cooperate for the comprehensive land survey and avail the benefits in future. Crop colonies will be developed by creating awareness among the farmers to go in for a variety of crops and reap in benefits. The TRS Government plans to bring under irrigation one crore acres by completing projects over five years. Mission Bhagiratha will give safe waters to rural pockets, 24 hour power supply, crop investment will benefit the farmers”, he claimed. The Opposition has no chance to seek votes from people during 2019 general elections, he said. (NSS)
