Hyderabad: Accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi of telling lies that Telangana suffers power shortage Caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today said that only Telangana in the country giving 24 hour power to farm sector besides achieving a financial growth of 17.17 at national level. National level politics are seeming to be on the verge of collapse as leaders like Modi are indulging in telling lies to misguide people and gain politically.
Addressing several public meetings at Miryalaguda, Sathupally and other areas on Monday the TRS chief appealed to the people to vote for the ruling party candidates for better welfare in future as voting to the congress and TD allies will lead to dark days and crisis in all sectors. The people have to think vote by comparing who did best for the state and who has been hatching conspiracies against our projects and progress. In just four and half years we have achieved sigiificant development and got pat from UNO about Rythu Bandhu scheme giving Rs 8000 per acre to help the farmers with crop investment and also Rythu Bhima giving Rs 5 lakh to kin of the deceased farmers.
He also flayed that the prime minister is on lying spree and misleading the people of Telangana for the polls. He sought to know whether any one of the 19 BJP ruled states in the country are giving 24 hour power, Rs 1000 pension and Rythu Bandhu and other welfare schemes.
The TRS Chief exuded confidence that the fresh survey revealed more than 100 seats in the polls for the ruling party to retain power. KCR lashed out at his AP counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu for meddling in the Telangana affairs and fielding his candidates though the TD is diminished in the state. Certainly after the polls I will make it to Delhi for a federal front against the Congress and the BJP at the Centre he said.
