TRS threatens to paralyse Assembly

Hyderabad, December 09: The TRS has threatened to paralyse the Assembly if the government does not introduce a resolution in the Assembly on Telangana issue.

TRS legislature party leader E Rajendar told reporters that nearly 40 persons had lost their lives during the ongoing movement and allged that the Congress disregarding Telangana people’s sentiments.

He charged Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy with failure to protect the sentiments of the people of the region.

CPI legislature party leader G Mallesh said all political parties were supporting Telangana statehood.

He said Telangana was more important to his party than other issues.

CPM MLA J Ranga Reddy and PRP MLA Maheshwar Reddy also demanded introduction of a resolution facilitating formation of Telangana State.
