TRS Shattered After TD Took Stand On Telangana: Kadiyam

TDP senior leader and former minister Kadiyam Srihari has said that TRS became shattered after TDP had taken pro-Telangana stand.

Talking to the media here on Sunday, he has questioned the TRS chief K CHandrasekhara Rao to clarify why he gave a bandh call on Saturday. He said it was shameful on the part of the TRS to criticize TDP while all other Telangana protagonists were praising it for the stand it had taken. He has alleged that KCR was making allegations only with ill-intentions.

Srihari has clarified that the latest letter given to the central government on the Telangana issue was his party’s stand and not the earlier letter.

Another TDP leader Revuri Prakasha Reddy also faulted the TRS for criticizing his party, despite its clear stand on Telangana. He has asked why KCR was not questioning the UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, who, by virtue of her position, had the responsibility of deciding the Telangana matter. He said KCR was acting like an intoxicated ape. (NSS)
