Hyderabad, June 29: Taking a serious note on the comments of Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal that it was not possible to delete Clause 14 F from the Presidential Order of 1975, Telangana Rashtra Samithi Deputy Floor Leader T Harish Rao on Tuesday alleged that Lagadapati provoking Telangana people by issuing such sensational statements.
Talking to media persons at Telangana Bhavan, Mr Harish Rao said that TRS would lodge a complaint with Speaker Nadendla Manohar in this regard against Lagadapati for violating House Privileges on Wednesday.
He said the Lagadapati statement is in direct violation of the Privileges of the House as the Assembly had passed a resolution the deletion of the controversial section to the Centre.
Harish Rao also sought the help of like-minded parties in this regard.
“We are not against written test for sub-inspectors recruitment. We want deletion of Clause 14 F to protect the interests of Telangana people,” the TRS leader stated.
