Telangana Rashtra Samithi has released another list of candidates for Lok Sabha and Assembly constituencies. After the approval of TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao, the party has named 8 candidates for Lok Sabha and 4 candidates for assembly.
Names of Lok Sabha candidates along with constituencies are: Secunderabad – T Bheem Sen, Bhongir – Dr Boora Narasaiah Goud; Nalgonda – Dr Pala Rajeshwar Reddy; Nagarkurnool – Dr Manda Jagannatham; Mahboobnagar – AP Jitender Reddy; Warangal – Kadiam Srihari; Kareemnagar – B Vinod Kumar and Chevella – Konda Visveshwar Reddy.
The candidates for Assembly seats are: Nizamabad Rural – Rajireddy Govardhan; Malkajgiri – Chintala Kanaka Reddy; Kodad – K Sashidhar Reddy and Shadnagar – Y Anjaiah Yadav.
Although KCR had assured during a press conference held on April 4 that minorities will be given representation in the 2nd list. There is not a single Muslim candidate in the 2nd list of TRS.
