Hyderabad, Febrary 12: The Telangana Rashtra Samithi will press for introduction of Telangana Bill during the budget session of State Legislative Assembly beginning from Monday.
Talking to reporters after the meeting of TRS Legislature Party at the residence of party president K Chandrasekhar Rao here on Sunday, TRS floor leader Etela Rajender said that besides trying to bring Telangana Bill, the party will also raise issues pertaining to the region.
Etela also defended party’s decision to boycott Governor ESL Narasimhan’s address to the joint session of assembly and council on the inaugural day. He said since the Governor’s speech would not have a mention of Telangana, the party would boycott the same.
