The infamous incident of “Cash for Vote” scam ignited ill-feelings between Mahila wing activists of both the Telugu States.
TRS women wing activists on Tuesday burned AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in effigy at the NTR Bhavan and raised Chandrababu Down Down slogans. The situation at the TDP headquarters turned tense with the TDP Mahila wing activists intervened and tried to obstruct the Telangana protestors. However, police personnel intervened and dispersed them peacefully. (NSS)
