TRS legislators, belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes communities, on Friday called on Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao at the State Secretariat to thank him for his decision to construct three Bhavans for the communities at Banjara Hills.
Speaking to media persons later, MLA G Sunitha and MLC Ramulu Naik said that the construction of Banjara Bhavan, Adivasi Bhavan and Babu Jagjeevan Ram Bhavan in Banjara Hills would boost the morale of the SC and ST communities in the Telangana. They said that the proposed Bhavans would symbolise the development of Dalits and Girijans in the new State of Telangana. Thanking the Chief Minister for the move, they said KCR has a clear vision for the overall growth and development of SCs and STs in the State. (INN)
